Assistant Property Manager

Start your Real Estate career working alongside experienced Property professionals in a boutique business in Brisbane.

The position available is full-time from Monday through to Friday, including some Saturdays - in return you will enjoy time off mid-week. We are looking for an immediate start.

Company Car is available.

We are looking for someone with a professional approach, exceptional customer service, eagerness to learn, and looking to make Property Management a long-term career path.

No Previous Real Estate experience is required but is welcomed.

This role is suited to someone who has the willingness to embrace technology and use it to their advantage, recognising that it provides the ability to spend more time on other tasks.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have attention to detail and be highly organised
• Have strong communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a dedicated team
• Immaculate presentation
• Punctual, reliable, and accountable for the tasks set to be completed
• Supporting the Senior Property managers with leasing tasks
• Completing condition reports and inspections
• Communication with prospective renters
• Attending inspections and assisting with the overall leasing process
• Must provide a current police check
• Current Real estate Agents Representative certificate or Real Estate Licence
• Current driver’s licence and own their own vehicle.
