The position available is for a field agent within the property management team working full-time from Monday through to Friday with the inclusion of some Saturday's in return you will enjoy time off mid-week.

Company Car is available.

A field agent is a modern role of the real estate industry and is ideal for the person who is a great communicator and loves to be out and about.

We are looking for someone with a professional approach, exceptional customer service, eagerness to learn, and looking to make Property Management a long-term career path.

Role Overview:

• Working in with the team based in New Farm who manage property all across Brisbane and surrounds.
• Showing available property.
• Assisting in Leasing processes.
• Complete physical entry and vacate reports (e.g., digital report, photos, update PM database, virtual tour of property).
• Meeting valuers at properties for valuations.
• Support the Property Management Team with additional administrative tasks & Ad-hoc appointments.
• Opportunity to explore, assist and learn various other property management processes.

Requirements:

• Have attention to detail and be highly organised.
• Have strong communication skills.
• The ability to work as part of a dedicated team.
• Immaculate presentation.
• Punctual, reliable, and accountable for the tasks set to be completed.
• Must provide a current police check.
• Current Real estate Agents Representative certificate or Real Estate Licence is preferred.
• Current driver’s licence and own their own vehicle.
